Shipping + Pickup


We ship to the continental U.S. only.

Upon receiving your order, we will carefully pack your items and, if necessary, add heat packs to keep them warm during shipping. Your package will ship with USPS Priority/Priority Express to ensure a quick delivery.

All orders are shipped on Monday/Tuesday to ensure your plant does not get stuck in shipping over the weekend.

Statement plants are eligible for in-store pickup only.

A Note on SHipping

Shipping plants comes with risks.

We inspect all of our plants carefully prior to shipping to ensure they are healthy, pest-free and ready for a new home. We pack all plants with the utmost care, including heat packs and other shipping accessories as needed.

When your plant arrives please unpack it carefully, rehydrate if needed and place it in a warm, sunny area to recooperate from its journey. Minor leaf loss, wilting and discoloration is normal; your plant will bounce back within a couple of weeks.

We are not responsible for any damage your plant may incur once in transit. If your plant is damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will assist to the best of our ability. A refund will not be given unless the plant is beyond the point of rescue.
